As a publication or photo rack - most variants of the end table would usually come equipped with cabinets, or "a second flooring" in the kind of a rack between the legs and under the table surface area. This space is excellent for stacking magazines, newspapers, or photo cds. These things then become immediately available when any member of the household needs a quick reference to a dish or a flick evaluation, or merely intends to browse with images and relieve memories.
